The Hedgehogs and Santa and Mrs. Claus have been talking at the Oxford Public Library and they have decided to tell you that the library will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 22 and Friday, Dec. 23 so the ladies at the library can be ready for the holidays at home. They hope to see everyone back on Tuesday, Dec. 27!

Bar Cookie Crawl
Who – Anyone from beginner to expert
What – Cookie Bar Contest
When – November 16-18- voting will end by 4:00 p.m. Friday, November 18. and the winner will be contacted.
Where – Oxford Public Library
How – Bring your recipe and bar cookie samples (20 – 2 inch sq.) to the library on the afternoon of Nov. 16 before 5:00 p.m. Patrons will vote anytime on Nov. 17-18.
Why – You will win a Dillons Gift Card and be named the best Bar Cookie baker in town!
Oxford Public Library will be starting a Story time for students after school.
If you would like your 1st-6th grader to attend this, you must sign them up at the library.
This activity will begin on September 19, 2022.
The students will be divided up according to grade level. You MUST sign your child up at the library by Friday, September 16. There will be a 10 student cap on each session. The sessions will run for 4 weeks.
1st-3rd grade will meet on Mondays.
4th-6th grade will meet on Tuesdays.
